What the site collects today, what happens when you follow a vendor link, and what is not active.
CompareHCM does not currently operate an inquiry form that collects personal information and sends it to software vendors. Clicking a vendor contact button opens that vendor's official website; CompareHCM does not submit your name, email address, company information, or message when you click.
Once you visit another company's site, that company's privacy notice and data practices apply. Review them before submitting information.
CompareHCM uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, and referral source. Google may receive online identifiers such as cookies or similar signals. Analytics data is retained according to the settings configured in the Google Analytics account. You can use browser controls or appropriate blocking tools to limit analytics cookies.
If you contact Andy Zelt through LinkedIn or another external service, that service handles the message under its own privacy terms. Information voluntarily supplied in a direct conversation is used to respond to the request and manage the relationship.
Andy Zelt owns both CompareHCM and Axiom Human Resource Solutions. Axiom is listed as an optional UKG Ready implementation and reseller contact. Choosing an Axiom link is a related-party referral. You can instead contact UKG directly.
CompareHCM is considering an optional form that would send information only to vendors a buyer expressly selects. That form is not active. Before launch, this notice and the form itself must state the exact recipients, purpose, consent language, retention period, and request process. A failed delivery must never reroute information to Axiom or another unselected recipient.
